Fresh Meat From Paul Loader - Traditional Butcher


We use only carefully selected suppliers who source only the best quality products.

All English beef, pork & lamb is sourced from within 50 miles of the butchery.
Our beef is always hung in the traditional manner.  For each product we follow an approved HACCP plan. All supplies are checked and temperature tested before they are accepted. Refrigerators, freezers and vehicles are monitored and temperature tested at regular intervals every day.

Our staff have between them many years experience in every aspect of meat and fresh food preparation. Holding the latest qualifications required by industry guidelines, they are dedicated to providing the highest quality products along with outstanding service levels.
It is fully compliant and accredited to the very highest standard, giving customers confidence as well as the very highest quality product.

What's more our experienced butchery team at Paul Loaders Traditional Family Butchers are always on hand to discuss specific requirements with individual customers. Many customers have visited our premises to see the operation and are always welcome.
Ordering is easy. Call our butchery direct or fax your order after hours. Orders placed before midnight will be delivered the following day. Your order is freshly prepared, cut and packed according to your specification. Portion controlled items are all individually packed, priced and dated.
