Ordering

Orders may be telephoned directly to the butchery on 01761 417417 or faxed after hours. Orders placed before midnight will be delivered the following day.

Your order is freshly prepared, cut and packaged according to your specification.

Portion controlled prices are available. Portion controlled items are all individually packed, priced and dated.

Health & Safety

• For each product we follow an approved HACCP plan.
• All supplies of meat are checked and temperature tested before they are accepted.
• Refrigerators, freezers and vehicles are monitored and the temperature checked at regular intervals during the day.
